1. Company profile

Hangzhou Tianchuang Water Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company established by Tianjin Chuangye Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Water Group Co., Ltd. in accordance with the 70:30 investment ratio。The company's main business scope is the operation and maintenance of sewage treatment and recycled water utilization facilities, technical services and technical training。In April 2006, the company acquired the first and second phase of Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant on a transfer-Operate-transfer (TOT) basis, and obtained the franchise right of the entire project for 25 years。The establishment of the joint venture company marks a new stage in the operation and management of Hangzhou Qige sewage Treatment Plant。
Qige Sewage Treatment Plant is located at No. 525 Xiasha Road, Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, close to the Qiantang River embankment。The first and second phase of the project is the key project of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou City, with a total daily water treatment of 600,000 tons, of which the first phase of the project daily water treatment of 400,000 tons, the second phase of the project daily water treatment of 200,000 tons, the project covers an area of about 660 acres。The wastewater treatment adopts A/A/O nitrogen and phosphorus removal process. After secondary treatment, the effluent is discharged to Qiantang River through drainage pipes. The sludge treatment adopts direct dewatering treatment。The main service areas are the third sewage system of Hangzhou main urban area, Xiasha sewage system of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and Linping sewage system of Yuhang District。
In March 2013, Zhejiang Provincial Environmental Protection Department formulated and issued the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Water Pollution Prevention and Control in the Qiantang River Basin", requiring all urban sewage treatment plants in the basin to implement Grade A discharge standards。In accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Construction Committee (Hangzhou Jiancheng [2014] No. 427) Hangzhou Tianchuang Water Company as the main body of the implementation of the upgrading project at the end of 2014, the project officially started construction。The acceptance of the civil construction and equipment procurement and installation project was completed on September 27, 2016, and the entire commercial trial operation was completed on July 1, 2016。
